Chapman Tripp offers both winter and summer clerk programmes. The winter clerk programme is a one-week programme designed to offer students hands-on legal experience and is aimed at students with two full years of study remaining. At the end of the programme, students may be invited back to summer clerk with the firm. Applications open on 30 May 2016.

 

Chapman Tripp’s summer clerk programme is aimed at students in the penultimate year of their law degree. The programme gives students the opportunity to spend three months at the firm, work in two different teams, hear from clients, do volunteer work, receive great training and really get to know the people in the firm.

At the end of the programme, students may be invited back to be a law clerk with the firm.

Applications for Chapman Tripp’s 2017/2018 summer clerk programme will open around March 2017.
