We hire up to 15 graduates annually into full-time permanent roles and give them the support to grow a successful career in IT. We believe our graduates strongly contribute to our friendly, family-like company culture and add huge value to the environment with their fresh thinking and driven attitude.
Our graduates gain a broad spectrum of experience, by working within a hands-on team with skills and experience at all levels to learn from.
You’ll play your part in enabling intelligent business solutions with a variety of our clients. You’ll also have the support of your tight-knit graduate group to hang out with during lunch breaks and discuss what they’re learning too!
We look for graduates who are focused and eager to learn and are driven by their passion to develop their careers in IT. People skills are vital to us because we want to give our graduates the opportunity to get stuck in and work directly with our biggest clients.
Mainly our graduates are looking to pursue careers in software development, networking, security, server engineering, and sometimes graduates with business degrees will be considered depending on our requirements each year.
This year our recruitment process will involve a phone screen conversation with our recruitment team, followed by a first and second interview with our managers before proceeding to an offer. We will begin our 2016 intake in June.
