The programme is divided into two areas, Business and Technical and we also offer internships.

 

BUSINESS

 

The Business Programme is made up of a number of different functional streams such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, HR and Information Services. Opportunities in the different streams will vary year- on-year depending on business needs.

 

TECHNICAL

 

Our Technical Programme focuses on building your technical understanding as you work towards your Masters in Dairy Science and Technology. Over the course of the year, you will attend a comprehensive induction, complete factory placements at many of our manufacturing sites throughout New Zealand, complete classroom based learning, and deliver a 16-week research project.

 

INTERNSHIPS

 

The Fonterra Summer Internship Programme is all about helping you realise your potential by providing you with the foundations to kick- start your career early. It is a chance to explore your options over your summer break, before deciding where to take your career.
