What started ten years ago as a beautiful vision in a small Wellington apartment has become a worldwide leader in online accounting software.

Xero is making small business more profitable and changing lives by providing better tools, information and connections. It’s challenging, real and a whole lot of fun. And we’re just getting started.

Forbes identified Xero as the World’s Most Innovative Growth Company in 2014 and 2015. We challenge the norm and are always thinking about how to create a better experience for the millions of people who visit our site and work with our software every day.

Our grads are a big part of making this happen. They’re encouraged to take ownership of their work and make a positive impact from day one, with specific training and mentoring to help get them up and running.

We make a commitment to develop junior talent, to give back to the community, positively impact youth unemployment and lead the way in the tech industry in NZ. We also help future proof the Xero workforce by training and developing our future knowledge and people leaders.

It’s really important to us that we don’t become a big corporate. We are real people and so are our customers. We have a fun, exciting, and diverse culture with lots of laughs, games and special events. Ideally, we’d love Xero to be a place our grads never want to leave.
