With sales revenues of nearly $2 billion in 2015/16, Zespri is one of the world’s most successful horticulture marketing companies and the Zespri brand is recognised as the world leader in premium quality kiwifruit.

Based in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, we are 100 percent owned by current or past kiwifruit growers, and employ approximately 400 people in New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Following the successful launch of Zespri’s Graduate Programme in 2014, Zespri looked to attract top young talent into the business again in 2015 by completing another graduate recruitment programme.

Two generalist roles were filled in 2014 and three more specific roles were filled in 2015, by recent graduates, offering 12-18 months working across Zespri’s business and the wider kiwifruit industry.

The kiwifruit industry, is one of New Zealand’s largest exporter earnings with nearly $2 billion last season in sales revenue.
